You have been trying hard to manage how you are feeling but nothing seems to work. Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Most of us are guilty of falling into patterns of thinking and behaving to the point that we get stuck at some point in our lives. My belief is that we all have the innate ability to overcome our struggles and are all capable of making changes to improve our everyday life and overall well-being.
I have extensive training and experience in working with a variety of common problems including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, sleep problems, low self-esteem, and I also have a special interest in adult ADHD.

I provide professional psychological services to adolescents and adults, including seniors. Services can be provided face-to-face at my office located in the Kensington area of Calgary, or for residents of Alberta who are unable to come to the office, or if preferred, I also provide online therapy.
